How we protect your privacy

Approximate areas, never addresses

Home pins are moved a fixed random 150–250 metres from the postcode point when the entry is saved. Reloading the map never reveals the original point. Distances are rounded and the map cannot zoom beyond level 15.

We never publicly show names, house names, street names, postcodes, email addresses or original home coordinates. Home listings cannot be searched by a person’s name or street.

What we hold and why

Eye In The Sky Drones CIC holds the postcode, display date and times to help dog owners prepare. Optional home address details help us check entries are genuine; optional email addresses let us send edit/cancel links. These details are restricted to authorised reviewers.

Home entries and all their personal details are permanently deleted by a daily cleanup once seven days have passed after the display date (within the next daily run, up to 24 hours). Public event listings are retained for future seasons. Organisers’ personal contact details and internal source notes are not published.

Your choices and rights

Your postcode search and browser location are used only for the current search and are not saved by us. A random browser identifier is stored locally to limit spam; daily submission counters are removed after eight days. We use no advertising tracking on this map.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal details, object to processing, or raise a concern under UK GDPR. Email info@eyeinskydrones.com. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
